Q: Are all of your products 100% alcohol-free?

A: All of our beverages contain 0.5% ABV or less, which is considered non-alcoholic by the United States government.

Q: Can I drink non-alcoholic spirits neat?

A: You can enjoy non-alcoholic spirits neat but they are intended for mixing. We recommend trying them with tonic, juice, soda, bitters, or other NA spirits. 

Q: Do non-alcoholic beers and sparkling wines taste like their alcoholic counterparts?

A: Yes! Our team of sommeliers have curated a selection of the finest non-alcoholic wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer. All of us still work with and enjoy traditional alcoholic products; we assess their non-alcoholic counterparts with the same discerning palate.

Q: Are your products safe to consume during pregnancy?

A: While all our products are below 0.5% ABV, it is best to consult with your healthcare provider before consumption

Shipping & Returns

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship throughout the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Q: Does an adult have to sign for my products?

A: No! Since our products are non-alcoholic, anyone can accept delivery. No signatures are required.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your order is en route, we will send tracking details.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened beverages. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so we can make things right.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: We offer free shipping on orders over $250 within the continental United States. Keep an eye on our homepage or sign up for our newsletter for the latest offers, including free shipping offers on lower order minimums.
