NON | Non-Alcoholic Red, White, Rosé, Sparkling Wine Proxies

NON is based in Australia but the impetus for the brand was found in the rain soaked streets of London. After his wife opted for a non-alcoholic beverage pairing at The Clove Club in London, Aaron Trotman was inspired to create NON.

Their bottles drinks are all made in-house by a team of expert food and drink professionals in a purpose-built facility in Melbourne, Australia. Their home base, a gastronomic capital, informs all of their beverages. 

NON is an intricate balancing act: Key notes of florals, tannins, salinity, and acidity wrapped in minimalist designs are their calling card.
